Hello! I’m Annie Xu, a full-stack software engineer with experience in finance, fintech, and proptech.
From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how computer science shapes the world around us.
In elementary school, I had fun experimenting with Python Turtle - watching a tiny
turtle move across the screen to create shapes. In high school, I used Visual Basics to process and visualize data. In college, I was introduced to C++ and built my first game—a Candy Crush clone—using
SFML. Along the way, I worked on various projects that deepened my understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design.
I thrive on problem-solving and the creativity that comes with it.
I love traveling! I love learning about history and other cultures.
